Noosabreeze Villa is private and pet-friendly and more like a house than a duplex with over 250m2 of land on title.
 
Noosabreeze is an end villa of only 4 in the complex and has two private entrances and large outdoor spaces at the side and rear. The house is built over two levels with decks off both. There is a lockable garage with an automatic roll-a-door plus an additional parking space. There is ample street parking available.
